Refrigerated box configuration：

Refrigerated compartment body is fully sealed compartment plate structure, using complete 2.8mm high quality matte fiberglass for plate closure, with balanced structural strength, compartment plate internal skeleton using the bridge insulation processing process of reinforcing bars, greatly improving the overall strength of the compartment; internal filling of high-density polyurethane foam, compartment plate for the sandwich structure, compartment has excellent thermal insulation characteristics;

The bottom of the compartment is equipped with aluminum alloy non-slip pattern plate as standard, the exterior of the compartment adopts galvanized stainless steel corner wrapping, aluminum alloy wrapping, the rear door frame is stainless steel, thickened stainless steel rear door hinges and locks, and the interior of the compartment is equipped with LED lighting with switch.

Refrigerated  machine configuration:

The refrigeration temperature of the refrigerated van can reach minus 18° (the temperature can be adjusted in real time in the driver's cab), and according to the user's needs, different brands of high-efficiency on-board special refrigeration units can be selected.

Foton refrigerated van optional configuration:

1、 removable rail meat hook refrigerated truck: transportation of white meat can be suspended transportation, removable rail mainly to avoid the meat hook refrigerated truck overweight licensing issues;

2、Vaccine refrigerated truck: according to the national GSP certification requirements, it is necessary to install five-sided ventilation tank, temperature and humidity recorder with printing device, positioning system, dual-temperature unit;

3、Fresh fish refrigerated truck: add water tank, top spray system, oxygenation system, mainly used for aquatic seafood transportation;

4、Bottom ventilation slot: increase the circulation of cold air inside the compartment to realize rapid cooling;

5、Electricity backup system: when the body engine stops working, external power supply can be used to realize the cold machine refrigeration work.
