Isuzu High pressure cleaning and Vacuum sewage suction truck

This Isuzu High pressure cleaning and Vacuum sewage suction truck contains two parts, sewage suction part and high-pressure cleaning part.It is suitable for cleaning and transporting all kinds of sewage, sludge and manure, as well as all kinds of dredging, flushing and cleaning. It is mainly composed of chassis, tank, vacuum pump, gear pump, oil and gas separator, water and gas separator, liquid level alarm, ball valve, suction pipe, high pressure cleaning pump and high pressure cleaning reel, telescopic rotating arm and other components. The high-pressure cleaning pump adopts advanced brands at home and abroad, with high pressure and reliable quality.

Operation process：

The important tip:
The water circulating pump tank must always be in a state of having many water.(This water tank is not connected with the cleaning water tank,it's independent.)
Operation of suction tank:
(1). Make sure the sewage tank is sealed before operation. If there is leakage, it must be sealed before operation.
(2)First put the suction pipe in the sewage, start-up the independent engine,the water circulation pump start to work,turn the valve to the right side,when the water circulating pump is in the vacuum state, it enters the suction sewage state. Pay attention to observe the liquid level pipe at the left front end of the suction tank. When the liquid level is nearly full or when the alarm is heard, turn off the engine and stop the water circulating pump work.
(3). When sewage discharge, there are three discharge methods to choose.
 ① the first method, put the suction pipe into the ditches, turn the pump handle to the left side, the sewage through the tank top suction pipe discharged.
②The second method, open the discharging ball valve on the back cover to discharge the sewage.
③The third method, loosen the two manual bolts of the back cover, start-up the chassis engine, step on the clutch, pull the single-gear switch, make the hydraulic gear pump starts to work,control the handle of the multi-way valve,slowly open the back cover,open the back cover to 30-40 degrees; then control the handle of the multi-way valve,lift the suction tank slowly, and discharge the sludge. Finally,turn off the handle of the multi-way valve, return the suction tank, and return the back cover. Step on the clutch, turn off the single gear switch, turn off the engine.
(4).Remind: When the tank is full of sewage, the tank don’t do the lifting. 
Operation of cleaning water tank:
(5).Before operating the cleaning function, check the ball valves whether are in a sealed state, if not closed, please close them.
(6).Fill the tank with clear water on both sides of the tank.
Remind: Cleaning tank can not be filled with sundries and sewage, otherwise sundries easily clogged the sprinkler and cleaning pump.
(7).Unlock the high-pressure cleaning reel,start-up the chassis engine, the air pressure reaches the pressure value(about 6 in gauge ), step on the clutch, pull the single-gear switch(the right side), so that the high-pressure cleaning pump works,open the control valve.
(8).High-pressure cleaning punch nozzle can impact and clear the sewer or all kinds of blocked places. The high-pressure punch nozzle has the power to move forward automatically, and can automatically pass through the impact blockage in a narrow space.
(9).Watch the fresh water in the tank through the water level pipe at any time. When the fresh water in the tank is running out, stop working ,don't allow the high-pressure cleaning pump to idle when the tank without fresh water.
(10).Stop working, first is step on the clutch, push the single-gear switch, so that the power take-off and gear box are separated, the power take-off stop working, the high-pressure cleaning pump stop working, then the various valves of the cleaning pipeline can be closed.
Note: The high-pressure cleaning punch nozzle is not allowed to be aimed at people at any time.
Operation of Arm:
(11).Start-up the chassis engine, the air pressure reaches the pressure value(about 6 in gauge), step on the clutch, pull the single-gear switch(the left side), then it can work.
